Marvin will not be appearing. It was a consensus vote. No cartoons. It did not have the proper feel of an invasion if we had a minister that blew himself up all the time and was outsmarted by an earth rodent or a duck named Daffy. The Cylon fits well as the military advisor because the martians will also be using cheap robots as infantry(an invention of neccesity).
Any renegade humans / quislings foolishly willing to fight for the invaders before winding up as entrees?

No, only the standard C3C captured slave. I've got over 200 of them working for me in my game sofar. So many I don't know what to do with all of them. This game will be very different from any scenario you have ever played. You cannot capture a city because you will never be able to assimilate the human population, they will always be unhappy. You do not have any culture buidlings as the martians, so you must sacrifice captured workers instead. Also, to grow faster, you must plant Red Weed to provide more food for the martians and turn the planet into more like Mars.
