As the senior advisor for this project, I will release this: there are virtually only three people involved in it right now, Cybrxkhan, the Head Dictator and Khan, Ball Lightning, who does absolutely no modding and just runs around posting a lot, and myself, whose job is advising only.

Now, it is entirely possible for one person to do the mod (that's usually how it ends up anyway) but I have seen no progress since around October of 2007. Moral of the story is, it may not be dead yet, but even if it survives do not expect any progress soon.
