Well, for a Trump cabinet post, yes. Remember, from his interview with David Muir, all the dead voted for Hillary.

And even setting that aside, Trump would only appoint a dead person if Secretary of Life was a cabinet post.

But I don't know why we're talking about Education Secretary anyway. We don't need no education.
