I'm a little rusty, so let's hope I do this okay.
We're building alot of infra, and China is about 5 turns away from attacking us. I'm going to have to switch a few places, mainly the temple building cities over to archers. Archers are going to be nice for the 'zerks, but it's kind of expensive to upgrade them and we don't have a great cash flow. What we really need though are cats, so MDI and Cats in cities without barracks is the theme of this journey my friends...
hehehe... you proabably will all hate me for this, (everyone but Blas that is) but there is to much infra being built. On this level you mainly build units and squeze infra in when you can. As it stands now we won't last to long against China, they're frigging HUGE!
So, changes goes as follows:
Stockholm - Temple to MDI
Stavanger - Walls??? to worker timed with growth in 9.
Birka - Library to MDI
Aarhus - library to Marketplace : I wanted to switch to Barracks but it's to far into the library build.
Copenhagen - Temple to Library : This city has alot of cash, and will have alot more in the future. Possible Science City.
Oslo - Library to MDI
And, no I didn't change everything... only about half.
Micro Mange a little bit, but SpikeIt did a good job last turn and not much was needed.

If y'all can remember to go back and check this I have a plan for Bergen: If you irr all the grassland, you will be able to work all but 1 mountain, and still be under size 12. You'll only be able to get the hills with mines, so you'll gain about 4 shields in total doing it this way.
Make some worker moves to, and send some units towards Oslo.

In a risky move, and since I don't see needed them in 20 turns, I trade our only source or Horses and 124 gold. It WILL give them Riders, but only for 20 turns. It's a catch-22, but we need the luxuries more then I fear their riders.

Tell China to get out of our land or declare war. Since we just renewed the luxury deal, they aggreed to leave. Send a swordsman to take the spot to make sure he doesn't come back.

Talk to Mongols again, and they only want 80 gold for peace. Still to rich for my blood.
I'm half tempted to send enough units to cover every coastal square, to make sure the only attack we'll have is through China or Arabia.

Tell China to leave or Remove. They leave.
Can turn science down a notch keeping Eng in 4 but saving 8 gold a turn.

Bombard a fleeing Mongol ship and give it 1 dam
Shuffle some units around, and leave most in the northeast active for the next player to decided where to send them.
After Turn:
I'd start building Zerks as soon as they come in, but it will take a little while. Full speed ahead towards Invention once Enginering comes in.
Unfortunantly we didn't build hardly any coastal cities, so I'd start building galleys in them starting very soon. We'll need them to use the Zerks properly... ie- sea bound assults using the speed of the galleys to conquer quickly.
Forget about about building infra in every city... limit it to where it's needed and build zerks to take new land... there isn't a chance that we can win until we start taking more cities.
