Dyes would help us a lot! Unfortunately, I have discovered a feature/bug overseas worker trades are not allowed in C3C. You have to take workers by force, and that would mess all active deals.
Giving you a town D'nut citizens would not want to do. As you say giving gold/gpt is not wise. Are we running out of options...

We do investigations first to find out how heavy their burden of lux tax is. If it is, they may get some dyes. Thing is I have other plans for them goodies. I took a quick look at the save, and noted that you accepted our offer of dyes... I know our diplomats have approached you with some ideas for a dyes deal, and I believe some of the ideas involved "out of game compensation".
I just requested a 24 hour extension. Let's see if we can hammer out some sort of arrangement so that I can send the dyes along this turn.
I want colored sprinkle thingies on my next shipment of donuts.
