All you need to do to see the old orders is to look at the adjudications from each turn.I still wish dldjnstr could pm his old orders to me. At least I'd know the basic picture of what's going on with Russia...
The adjudication, in the first map, contains the moves of every single country. Therefore it is useless to demand a PM of Russia's moves, because everything that would have been in such a PM is displayed on the map. You can quite clearly tell everything that is going on from a brief examination of the situation, combined with a series of PMs and IMs to the neighboring countries with whom Russia may have had an alliance or other agreement. Alternatively, ask Russia himself about diplomatic information. But seeing Russia's orders will not help you because the information is already readily available to all players anyway.Helpful. Not really.
Like ones for normal NESes?
I have never actually played Diplomacy...
I'll forward a sample to you, see if you like them.

But the ones I sent, are they ok? I like planning out things, when I have time. It gives me the illusion of control, even though it doesn't matter.
If you prefer these orders, which I don't know what they mean, fine, I'll be happy to send you some.
