Switzerland can retreat to Marseilles, Burgundy, Tyrolia, Alsace, or disband.
Warsaw can retreat to Prussia, Silesia, Galicia, Ukraine, or disband.

I would like Germany to give me his retreat before I post a deadline for builds, as where he retreats can change how many builds everyone gets.

I didn't see that one coming from miles away, oh no. What the #¤%& is it with NESers and quitting as soon as things go adversly? Well, good riddance, and can we please have a replacement who knows what responsibility means?

Yeah, I'm agreeing with Niklas here. In the many games of Diplomacy I've GM'd, I have never seen this many people quit just because they are having a bad year.

Anyway, Germany is now open. Since he doesn't have orders to send in, you can go ahead and send in your builds and disbands.

See, I didn't quit when my allies screwed up royalty. They were dropping all around me, but I make it a policy to never drop.

I've never won one of these confounded Diplomacy games, but I've sure lost. That's better than a record of not finishing at least.

At least you guys are getting orders. When I ran Diplomacy, nobody ever sent orders in...
