Using this awesome tool (link below) I've found places where some of modern paternal descendants of two Bronze Age individuals from Russia live today.

I also used this database of ancient Y-DNA, to get their genetic profiles: http://www.ancestraljourneys.org/ancientdna.shtml

Those two Bronze Age individuals belonged to the Andronovo Culture (map below - red boundaries):

But now something EVEN better - modern matches with the Tagar Culture:

The Tagar tribes are thought to have been Caucasoids of the Scythian circle.[1] They lived in timber dwellings heated by clay ovens and large hearths. Some settlements were surrounded by fortifications. They made a living by raising livestock, predominantly large horned livestock and horses, goats and sheep. Harvest was collected with bronze sickles and reaping knives.[2] Their artifacts were heavily influenced by Scythian art from Pazyryk. Perhaps the most striking feature of the culture are huge royal kurgans fenced by stone plaques, with four vertical stelae marking the corners. The Tagar culture is preceded by the Karasuk culture and succeeded by the Tashtyk culture.

Ancient DNA extracted from the remains of six males who dated back to the Tagar culture were determined to be of Y-chromosome haplogroup R1a. Extracted mtDNA from two female remains from this cultural horizon revealed they possessed the T3 and H lineages. The study determined that the majority of the individuals had light hair and blue or green eyes.[3]

Are you sure that's a necklace? To me it looks like 9 orbs attached to her clothes.

The Museum on the Mountain - The world’s "oldest" extended family

The museum above ground – architecturally a portal to the Earth’s interior – is dedicated to the sensational research results from the Lichtenstein Cave and the people who were buried there. Nearly 3000 years ago the cave, located near Osterode, was the burial site of a Bronze Age family clan. It is the first cave in Germany to be accurately reproduced – the walkable replica now hangs under the museum’s roof.

In the burial cave, the DNA of up to 70 dead was preserved in an exceptionally good condition. This made it possible – for the first time ever – to reconstruct the family relationships of a prehistoric group of humans – a DNA analysis that attracted much attention worldwide. The manifold archaeological finds – bronze jewellery, beads, tools, vessels, plant remains, animal bones etc. – and the ancient DNA provided the basis for presenting the clan’s life and death as well as reconstructions of three members of the family and – also unique and spectacular – even living descendants of this family. In the museum, you will find the world’s oldest and longest family tree that has been genetically verified so far!

I think you're right, they look sown into the fabric rather than hanging on a necklace... the center piece has a cross symbol but I cant make out the others. Kinda like a menorah
