This guy converted a whole bunch of sprites to frm, which can easily be converted to bmp, which can be made to a storyboard, which can be made to flc, which can be made to a civ III unit... ;)

Yeah they would be animated gifs. let me convert one to show what it would look like. One thing I had to do with them was reduce the size between 20 and 25%, they were too large otherwise when I was doing them in the beginning.

Flamand we can't use the frames Wild Q made, to fit into fallout he had to remove two of the directions. Fallout uses hexes and not diamonds for movement. We will need to find somebody who can use that spr2gif program. I have no idea how to get it to run.:(

That is no different from the Hummer... That one has only 6 directions as well and it works pretty well...
 
Between Flamand and myself we got the spr2gif program to run, so we can now have all the Fallout units we need. :D

OK, I make list of them,and some of them(first) even has civilopedia descriptions, but it is unsorted. Sorry.

Units:
Cannon-(advanced artillery unit) This canon named H90809 is only artillery, which stayed in order after hundreds of years. Unknown, how this bad version was taken on the armament just before War, but when minister tried to check army, he was very disappointed, so he ordered to transport these
canons to military storehouses and after that remelt. Last was never done… After the hundreds of years army storehouses was opened, and this canons, old and rusty, were taken from there. Usually they were destroyed, and their metal were used for other proposes, but if in army was artillerist, then canon start firing at enemies again. This was giving huge advantage to that army.

Assassin- Even after War sometimes was needed to kill political opponent, mafia chief, or just crazy general. For this proposes were used assassins. They are looking like usual people, but when they go on mission, they wear masking clothes, take knifes, needler and dynamite. First they shoot from needler, trying to poison or paralyze and attack with the knife. Some times they blow up building with that dude. They are most fear for all, who have some power in the world.

Hi-tech assassin –After finding secrets of night and thermal vision to assassins started heavy times. But all changed, when in junk was finded strange device. On his back was written: StealthBoy. After this achievement, old assassins turned on hi-tech assassins. They had better equipment. In place of camouflage were StealthBoy and combat leather jacket, needler changed to laser pistol, dynamite-plastic explosive and knife was replaced with “Reaper”. They learned more and become great power, but if you don’t pay them… Not surprise, that you will find itself with the cutted throat.

Fanatic-(unity kamikaze) When Unity leaders understudied that they loosed war with brotherhood, they tried to use fanatism of their believers .They choose weakest people, give them bunch of explosive and sended to enemy and then they forced to self destruct themselves, but this doesn’t give ability to win the war.

FEV-Spreader-(Unity, with slavery, converted to supermutants, floaters or centaurs) The one of the most problem to Master were find people and take them to vats to create supermutants. This does much of problem, so Unity engineers tried create thing that will create supermutants in the battlefield. After much of work they created this device, which looked like old flamethrower. After that they finded environmental armor on one forgotten склад and equipped with these thing their human specialists of heavy weapons and so were created FEV-Spreders, but, because creation of supermutant need about one week lying fully in FEV, they forced change type of creations to centaurs.

Improvements:
Box ring-(Money and happiness) People always loved to see how other peoples fighting. In ancient times it was gladiators, in new time it was changed to box. Somewhere in wasteland lefted old rulebooks, rings, boxing gloves, etc. If it all gathered in one place new amusement begin working, giving to guys, who could only fight new place to work. Usually those people are under control of mafia, and this is advantageous to them. Fighter get defense and mafia gets more money.

Generator – (+25% production)In old days were invented simple machine, which could change mechanical energy to electrical. It was often used in schools, when pupils were learning electricity. Some of those machines survived, and were taken to give electricity again. To this generator were added a “wheel”, where was moving thing. Some used slaves in the wheel and another (more humanistic) used beasts like desklavs, giant rats, etc. But when settlement grow up, they started used other sourses of electricity, and forgot this old plant.

Calculator brain(Increased science output) – The calculator hasn’t RAM and processor. For this proposes was created special device that allowed to use all power of human brain. When calculator started his war, he took brains of great generals, scientists and any other people, who were worth. After some time he has so many brains, that it was great risk to save them in one place. So Calculator desired to distribute them in other cities. To contact were used PoseidoNet. But the power of brains, that lefted were enough to work, so those brains were used for local proposes.

Algernon upgrade – Lowers upgrade of units cost.

Sierra Army Depot - Produces guys with heavy weapons, robots (from FO, not FT), and canons (This is for New Reno)

Mutants reproduction lab - creates a new gamma supermutant(from FT) every ... turns(for Unity)
Temple of trials (for tribes) - creates Chosen One every ... turns
Smitty car trader - creates a highwayman every ... turns(I, know, that that already does Vehile rahb, but, maybe, change to hummer)
Emperor - creates tech building (that upgreades techology) in every town (For Shi, if you could)
Tech: Outdorsmanning - in map appears resourses like :Fallen UFO, bridge of death and other in this style. They gives ability to create unit like Man with Alien Blaster.
Pre-War metal works: Gives ability to create super walls and advanced metal armor(With this tech was created front door in Military base in F1)
Tanery-gives advanced armors, that base on skin
AP bullets-can upgrade all units expect with gauss and energy weapons
Spy satelite (For Enclave) - open whole map
Resourses:Uranium- Need to build buildings and armor breakable bullets.
Buildings:Uranium enrich facility- increses shields and money
Nuke plant(need previos building)- greatly increases prodaction(for high tech civs). Maybe, by 100%or 150%
Super wall - increase defense to 15
Casino-Increases happines and wealth
Adv.Casino(for New Reno)-Like usual, but much more effective
Vault Plants(yes, for Vault City)-In middle between Generator and Nuke plant
Alcohol steel and Alcohol factory-Like Casino but least effective, but more early
Sheriff office-loves the corruption
Water purification plant-like an Akveduk
Water chip computer(for Vault dwellers)-upgraded version of WPP
Wonders:Glow tech center(for Ghouls)-Like Emperor(Tech building name-Zax terminal), but produces Brainbot and Eye-bot.
V13 Deathclaw nest(Vault dwellers)-Produces N deathclaw babies,X Adult deatclaw,Y Desclaw sage(look down for more info)(N>X>Y)
Slags Friendship(for NCR)- produces a man with assault rifle, increases wealth, production, technology and food.
Tech:
Movement detector:Gives ability to build units, who coul see invis. units.
Buildings:
Cocroach racing: advance the happines and money
Habologist monastery: do one citizen unhappy, but increase tech
Mine field: bombard when city is attacked
Energy coil(robots):Increase a prodaction in 75%
Wind plant: Increase prodaction on 50%
Auto-doc: Destroys plague effect gives ability to grow population over 12
Inquisition departament:Makes three citizens unhappy, but increase tech and decrease propaganda effect
Wonders:
Steel factory: advance the prodaction and wealth in city and produce man in advanced metal armor every n turns
Reaver tech center(Raiders): Gives two technologies, that know other civilizations.
Pre-War Archives:Momentaly research two technology.
Habologist move(NCR): Produces man in hardened power armor every n turns, incrrease tech, creates Habologist monastery in every city, but in each city makes three citizens unhappy
Habologist space project: Builds UFO every n turns(or other alien unit)
Nuka-Cola factory: Creates Nuka-Cola dude every n turns(model from FT random encouter).Makes three citizens happy
Poseidon oil reactor(Ghouls): Makes five citizens happy, build a nuke plant in every city.
Buena Vista reactor(Robots): Build Sentry bot every n turns, Build energy coil in every city
Vault-City Medicine:Creates Auto-Doc in every city and inrease happines
BOS Inquisition:Bulds Inquisition department in every city and builds inquisitioner every n turns
Building:Follower of Apocalypse monastery:Increase wealth and make one citizen happy

Psyonics- this is tech for Unity. It allows to build psyonic
Units:Psionic- Powerful unit, slavery, paradrop (if in city psionics hall builded), high attack, but low defence and -1hp (i think, first attack is psi-wawe, and second is pyrocines)
S.M.psionic just have more defence and no hp penalty .
Sergant: From F1 it S.M. has metal armor and gattling laser
Shaman: psionic analogue for tribes
Buildings:Psionic hall-see higher.
Radar jammer- blocking steals attack
Wonders:Stables -Gives six happy people in each city(new-Reno).
Ghoul liberation(or great rat community):Give a ghoul rebel each n turns
Jet antidote(Vault city)-Gives seven happy people in each city
Redding wanamingo nest: produces wanamingo each n turns
Unit:Demigod rat: the most poverful rat
Buildings:
Excavation machine- increase shield production
Molerat Mambo- Makes 3 citizens happy
Great wanamingo mine(Creeps)- creates Wanamingo each ... turns
Caravan office- Increases income, shields, food and tech production
Shaman tent(Tribes)-increase food production and produce shaman each n turns
Vics repair-increase shields
Church- makes 3 citizens happy

Also, could you add ability for New-Reno to change goverment to different families rule.
 
And about my grafics. Why they aren't useble? For me they are more logical, that those, in mod. And there was also background, that you were asking me.

Well, it is my call, and the ones Flamand made are better, and not to be impolite, but yours are crude, not what I need for the mod.

Maybe, I could repair them, just say what to change (becose for me more logical, that fortification icon is damaged wall and not end of mediveal canons on castle).

The buttons, no but if you can clean up the fortification icon, sure.:)

Don't know if you're interested, but i saw that you are using the modern Attila LH, and i have just posted modern graphics for the art\leaderheads folder and stuff (the end game pics with the lipstick, hearts, beaten up etc.), thought it might be useful :)

i finally got also music files downloaded.. so, my question is..
doesn't music play, when instead of placing these files into conquests/sounds folder, i put them straight into fallout scenario 'sounds' folder.. i thought, that this way i can playing other scenarios hear original music, and playing fallout, hear it's own music.. This worked with ambient sounds.. and i thought, same goes for music - these in build folder.. but it seems not. Do you have a confirmation to give me on this matter. I guess yer own music is in conquests/sounds and yo don't have any problems, but have you ever tried to do it like i explained?

Then.. if it is in same folder without overwriting original music files.. how does game know what music to play
edit: ok, i found that music txt file with list.. now what i don't understand, is.. why the hell it still doesn't play that music in my game.. that menu music works fine.. but now, as i have moved these music files to their right position, it should work.. but it doesn't.
 
Is this one of the down time for this mod? Hasn't seen much traffic for last 3 weeks.
