Requesting a disorder report on some ATI-video based systems causes CIV III to crash. Installing the latest patch, running CIV III, exiting the game and then uninstalling the patch, stops this behaviour, at least on my system.
Uninstalling the patch does not uninstall the updates it does, so the 'enable disorder report popup' is still available in the preferences menu (check it). You still can't manually request a report without a crash, but at least now you can view one...
