BC: i need someone to talk to people and convince them to move to lancre. he will be the first contact person for the lancre citizens.
see him as "landlord" or something.

We just opened a application office for the "Arm-NOW!" citizen group at the castle.

If you would like to join the crusade and can proof not being able to afford weaponry and armor, the group may help you!

So apply here.

Lancre district aquired new tiles!
We now have ocean-front housing at morgana to offer! The beach of morgana is ours! Completely!

We aquired a new tile! And have with that also a new castle in our vincinity. Aegir Castle is the perfect melting pot of the 2 valleys, and nobody can access Morgana without trespassing this new territory.

See updated map in the first post for details!

Also, new modalities and prices for rental of land have been set up. We also had to setup access-fees for morgana citizens to the oceanfront.

See first post for details.

News:
We really grow big fast!
The Barony of Kultis and the county of Mara now joined the district.

Lancre now fully controlls the access to Morgana! As the Baron of Kultis will propably build a castle on tile 2/-2, we still have a nice place where someone can build a castle at on tile 1/-4.
Hurry! Its without paying rent!

<roleplay> Disorganizer! Your Padawan in training has arrived! I shall rest in the house of a friend and await your task.</roleplay>

Good my padawan! You can also sleep in the dungeaons of the castle if you like. We will continue your session tomorrow.

well, you can stay there, but will have to pay rent for a house/tent/living until you build a castle.
and if someone else builds a castle first, then he is the one to live there for free.

note that that tile is no oceanfront tile, so rent would be 10g/tc and the businesses you want to bring in will stay free of charge.
of course, you would have to build the house and pay for it yourself.

as said, 10 gold per turnchat. businesses are free.
(thats all because its no oceanfront site).

btw:
of course as lancre resident, you have free access to our beach promenade going completely along morgana. nice wandering paths we have there.

btw2:
as said, living there does not give you advanced right to build the castle. first come, first serve means who is able to build it first gets it free of rent.

And i think this is going to be the first step to unite 2 of the most important noble bloodlines of our nation!
And we even will have peaceful fighting at the marillion soon. Imagine! We clubbed each other only a few hundred years ago!

To the citizens of the area around the municipality of Morgana:

I, Octavian X, Duke of St. Mark's Point, Acting President of Fanatika, and, most importantly, the Mayor of this fine city, respectfully ask the various royalty of the area now calling itself the 'District of Lancre' to establish official residence in Morgana. I notice that most of you are still Bavarian residents. Please help the city that protects your land by becoming citizens of it.

Thank you.

Dear mayor octavian. We would propably moove if the city of morgana would belong to our lands.
I again repeat our offer:
Join the district with your city. Nothing will change for the city itself, but the district will receive income for renting its tiles. The benefit for the city would be free access to the beach for the citizens.
You can still hold the mayorial position and do the demogame related matters, whereas the district administration will handle the financial rpg issues of the city :-)

The district of lancre halved the rental prices!

You can now rent land for the price of:
normal tiles:
5g/tc

oceanfront tiles:
tiles: 3/-2, 3/-3, 3/-4, 2/-4
10g/tc

* all tiles include access to morgana beaches
* the oceanfront tiles include direct access to the beach
* all prices do NOT include the houses themselves, only the land to build them on.

also not that a house in morgana, which does not belong to lancre district, does not allow you to access the beach!
