What's the difference between SetPlayerThatBuiltImprovement and SetPlayerResponsibleForImprovement?

Who built it vs who's paying the maintenance for it

Like the cheese strategy of getting open borders from an AI and then spamming roads everywhere in the AI's territory :)

Dude who built it ain't always the Dude who is paying for it.

Bug I mentioned in another thread: the game multiplies improvement maintenance cost by 2 if it is built outside of cultural borders. And after you remove such improvement, the player who built it still pays half of that maintenance cost. Is this easy to fix?

Hey whoward. Is there any chance you could make a example mod on how to turn a policy into a trait? Basically the reverse of the Diplomatic Marriage policy mod you recently made? Thank you for all your work.

Traits into policies (or beliefs) pulls a trick on the game in the way that prereqs (techs and now policies and beliefs) work for traits. There is no "reverse equivalent", ie a trait is never a prereq of anything, so no.

No worries. Thanks for replying back so quickly.

"It doesn't work :("
"What's in the error log?"
"Nothing"
"There's got to be something"
"No, quite literally, nothing!"
Code:
[97211.562]

Must. Stop. Talking. To. Self!

Sorry to jump in if this is a question that has already been covered, but with recent upgrades to the Various Mod Components file, mods like "local generals," "passable forts," and more units per city have stopped working. How do I get them to work again? Did anyone else have this problem?

You still have the micro-mods (that switch these features on) installed and enabled?

Micro-mods? I have the ones I named still turned on of course, but if you mean something else then I'm not sure what you mean.

Yes, that's the mods he is referring. :)
Since they (mostly) are only a few lines of code long - instead of the real function (which is in the DLL) -, 'micro-mods' is a fitting name.
