Do you guys think Trump could be tricked?

Article 2, Section 3 of the US Constitution gives the President the power to recognize foreign governments (not exactly, it enables him to accept foreign diplomats, but this is interpreted in this way sometimes).

The current President is known for lacking control over the things he says.

Do you think a tricksy reporter could, as a prank, trick Trump into becoming so flustered he inadvertently recognizes a micronation like Sealand? How might one go about this? Obviously this wouldn't have any significant geopolitical impact, but it would be funny.

I think Trump has very minimal control, having pretty much delegated all important functions to hes Generals and hes son-in-law
Hell Trump even sent hes daughter Ivanka to attend NATO Terrorism biological threats conference. Which leaves me to believe Trump is both Lazy and incompetent. Any declarations by Trump are circumvented by pretty much hes appointees and military
