I like the look of power and authority that comes with wearing a suit. That being said, being a senior in high school doesn't offer a lot of openings for this attire, so normally I wear a nice button down shirt tucked in to a good pair of jeans with a belt.

i try to look clean and professional while working, clean and comfortable when outing and naked at home if possible. :D

I like wearing nice clothes, but I usually go about in jeans and a t-shirt with a leather jacket.

I....hate....ties. I am known as the guy who refuses to wear one. I always thought they looked tacky and stupid, but that's just me I guess.

I agree. I don't own a tie. I've not found many chances to rebel though...

I would enjoy dressing up more if I actually had a decent suit to wear.

Most of the time I wear whatever. 'Round this time of year it's jeans and a shirt of some sort.

I don't think 'dressing up' was defined here, so I took it as meaning going out for the night or to a party or something.

I dress just well enough to avoid social disadvantage.

Though I'm still wondering what "bondage trousers" are...

I prefer 2) but I haven't the patience/money to tolerate all the ironing and dry cleaning it requires. I'm very tired of 1)... I'd take a kilt any day (if they weren't so damn expensive).

Breton=Briton=technically someone from Brittany, but also applied to inhabitants of the island of Britannia.

I always thought "Breton" was the former and "Briton" the latter.

Anyway, I voted 5. I do kinda like to dress up, but collars give me fits and I don't really look for reasons to do it. 5 fits my day-to-day dress pretty well.

I voted 4! While I like to dress upscale (1!), because I don't have to, and it takes a bit longer than 4!, and I'm usually tired in the morning, 1! doesn't usually happen.

I voted 5, but it falls between 4 and 5.

My preferred daily attire is a good pair of jeans and a nice shirt (polo or button, makes no nevermind to me) with my boots. The boots, by the way, are probably nicer than most pair of "dress" shoes folks wear.

I am not at all wild about suits or dress slacks one bit and only wear them to church or other occasions which would require them. But just FYI when I do dress up, my preferred knot is a four in hand, probably because that's what we had to use with our bravos and alphas in the Marines. Not a big fan of the half-windsor, and I've never tied a full-windsor in my life.
