I don't even think I've ever read one word of a license agreement in my entire life!

I don't read it, I just scroll through it, then click yes.

ummm theres licencing agreements?

I make a careful note of which state's laws are used, so I can avoid going there.

I can't remember what it was for, but there was one company that put a clause in the licence agreement that the first person to e-mail them at a given e-mail address would be given a free PC or some other prize. Apparently it took a few months before someone won.

I usually read the part which have to do with what they can do to me. I have seen some weird lisence agreements ( UELA). There was one that said that the company could install software on your computer without your knowledge. Might i say no?

Nice!

I like the part where they tell you in the EULA to take the software back to the place you purchased it if you don't agree! :crazyeye:

The only EULA I pay attention to is the GPL, and I know what it says. ;)
You read one GPL you pretty much read all the Software Liscenses for thousands of programs. Hitting a few thousand birds with one stone.

And yes, I have read part of the GPL.
