Does anyone really deserve an eternity of pain and suffering in hell? In my mind no, at the most I would sentence the most vile child rapists to a few thousand years of torment but never an eternity. IMO no one could ever commit such a crime as to deserve pain for the remainder of existance. Thoughts?

I could get into that...but it's probably not appropriate for the thread, that's what we have "Ask a Mormon" for. I'll just say that I believe there was a time when that was true, but the situation has been rectified (as far as I believe).
