Domination/Mapfinder Problems

I was running Mapfinder and the domination limits of the maps I generated were only 1000. I saw Moonsinger had a domination limit of 4600. Can there be differences that huge, or am I doing something wrong? It's huge 60% water.

Also, while we're at it, what is iteration? And it says "Restart C3C" after so many iterations, but if you leave it on overnight, will it restart C3C and continue generating maps?

I found the problem. It automatically got autosaves from my vanilla autosave folder, and the most recent ones weren't huge. I got it to work now.
