Domination!!!

From what I've gathered, Vassals are definitely better for Domination, but only vassalize if they're fairly stable - unstable vassals will ruin your foreign stability rating. So generally it's risky in places like Africa where a lot of the land is pretty dead.

Current game as greece, I plan to conquer the Levant and Persia, since it's not ahistorical, and so shouldn't impact my stability too much. My vassals are Ethiopia, Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the Vikings. The colonial powers I'll help to colonize their historical places by gifting them astronomy, and then feeding them settlers.

still can't keep economy up, although I'm going to start replacing farms with cottages soon, maybe that will help. My econ. rating normally goes up what I get to the industrial age, it's just a matter of surviving until then, which I should do.

Any advice or hints would be most appreciated.

You don't have dynamic names which is the most obvious indicator but there maybe others i am unaware of.

Not entirely. I've won domination as Russia without any cities or vassals in North America. Siberia is really big.

I managed to squeeze my earliest domination victory to the 16th century, but I still feel that there is much to improve. Especially multiple Great Artists in middle of North America, Siberia and Africa can encompass huge amounts of land. It is also important to vassalise Russia, since it has the best capability to expand before 1500. My vassals were Germany, Spain, Russia, Mongolia and Khmer.

Yes, monarch. Spain and Netherlands haven't have the time to collapse them yet. I didn't want the conquerors, so I tried to give them to one of my vassals (half a success).

I chose Greece for my next try, since their UP suits early domination extremely well. Basicly what I did was to conquer Babylon and Egypt ASAP, adopt Castes and hire lots of artists. I was determined to win before the Turks spawn, so I founded Chalkedon, which way better than Byzantion in short run.

So while spawning Great Artists and all sort of other great people, I built all the wonders. And most importantly prepared my empire for the final push by placing Great Artist together with settlers and escorted by Knights on all the biggest settleable land masses. Meanwhile I also vassalised Spain, France, Germany and capitulated the annoying Arabia, who kept declaring war on me.

BTW, after a RFC England domination, I tried it on RevolutionDCM. Heck, 68% of land area is madness. Suddenly RFC domination seems so much easier.
