How much water do you drink each day, and what rule for how much water you are supposed to drink a day do you subscribe to?

me:

drink maybe 120oz a day, try for one oz per pound per day (whch would work out to about 180oz a day for me)

I drink about 10 glasses in a given day, give or take 2 glasses a day. I have no idea what that adds up to in ounces.

I voted <1 glass, probably should have voted for 1-2 glasses. The only time I ever drink water is if I'm doing physical activity of some sort. Otherwise, I'll drink something with more taste.

On a normal day, I drink a 1 litre can of apple juice, and about 3 litres of milk.

I drink about 140oz of water a day. It's what I live off of, and I always keep well-hydrated. I haven't seen color in my pee for years.

About 2.4 liters of water, plus another 2 liters of juice (primarily OJ, but I mix in several others w/ my protein shakes). That, plus enough (chocolate) milk for about 2 bowls of cereal - covers all my fluid intake each day.

I don't drink out of glasses, so I'm not voting (typical).
