I don't understand how everyone just magically knows how much a "glass" of water is?

I use a pint glass, so that's how I answered.

So lets say 16 cups of tea a day, that's about 5 litres of water (assuming 1/3l each cup).

Are mugs really that big? Wouldn't 200-250ml be more accurate?

9. i have a case of water bottles in my room and drink a few of those a day, so that's about 9.

total 5 liters per day.
