Unit Suggestion for the Fremen:

WORM CALLER : enslave ability - convert Worm into Sand Rider.

FEDAYKIN: Fremen death commandos - ignore sand terrain, zone of control

CHOUHADA: Fremen name for a fighter - basic 'warrior' unit.
 
The enslave ability will affect all units not only worms... this will cause a Worm Caller to create Worm Riders out of enemy tanks. Not good IMHO. Better to simply allow the Fremen to produce Worm Rider units.

Fedaykins are certainly going to be an awesome fighting unit don't know how to make them ignore desert terrain though.

Chouhada must certainly be included... we were lacking a name for an early Fremen infantry unit.

That's true, I forgot about that. Will you have a worm resource for these units?

It can be done through the editor on the units screen. Look for Ignore Moves Cost in the top-middle of the screen (under the rename and add buttons)
 
As to a Worm resource I would very much like to have one yes. Perhaps even more than one symbolising the size of the worms nearby. These resources should be prone to moving around on the map. Also I think we can make it so that barbarian huts (Worm Spawning Point or whatever :D) will create worm resources when destroyed. The only barbarian unit are going to be worms anyways... as the Coriolis Storms are better represented by the plague.

As to movement cost wont that just reduce the movement cost to one for traveling across desert? Further more we're properly going to have more that one type of desert... look earlier in this thread for more info on that. ;)
