If the map uses a modded SDK (and I'm almost positive the BtS version does), then the answer is a resounding "no." Carter will have to redo the SDK.

I would like to make scenario from this mod, where every leader is present, and all the leaders from each civ are in a locked alliance. Keeping the same color for each civ is fine, as it will make difference between the leaders fuzzier. A different starting location for each leader is required. The trick is modding the files to make it happen, just trying now to figure it out. This will be a BTS endeavor.
If I could mod civ2, I should be able to figure out how to mod civ 4 right? I think I can do the setup and save it as a saved game, but I really need help with the modding so if anyone wants to help me make this super huge map super huge in players, that would be awesome.

This needs to be updated. NOW! :D Now that the patch is out...
[EDIT]Damn...carter hasn't been on in a week. We could use a different DLL I guess.
 
I have asked Carter about five times now to make a "blank" version of the map that would have no Civs predefined, so a separate DLL would not be required (no Civs, no need for the 18+ mod). It is an absolute necessity for those of us who wish to use this in scenarios. Less work is always preferred! :D Unless, of course, you don't want people using your map.... ;)
 
Then for goodness' sakes, do it! I don't have time right now and it would be of great use to everyone.
 
All right, so you just want this map with only 18 civs allowed and them all unlocked? I can post it by tomorrow. Maybe even tonight.
 
I personally would prefer a version of the map with NO civs pre-defined, with the standard BtS 18-civ rules. That way, we modmakers can simply drop in the civs we want for the game without too much difficulty.
 
I have compiled version 1.05 of Bhruic's unofficial 3.13 patch set for 32 civs to work with this mod.
