Melbourne is a bigger city than Brisbane, if you want more accuracy. Melbourne is the 2nd biggest city in australia.

I can't do anything with the gaps, because there aren't any big cities for example in Siberia or in the middle of Sahara. But if you know a missing big city, please warn me. (except Montevideo because that's too close to Buenos Aires (same square), so i can't put in the scenario).
