Swede here, some suggestions:

Folk republic of Sweden (communist)

Id skip the miklagard/särkland/varangian stuff for sweden, as when they spawn in the 1200s they are no longer vikings.

I have to work now but i will suggest some alternatives.

Canada as France vassal: French Québec
Quebec as the name of something larger than a city was only ever used under the British and then independent Canada, never during the French regime. A combination of "Colony" or "Viceroyalty" together with "Canada" or "New France" would be more appropriate for a French vassal.

Ironically, "Province of Quebec" would be perfectly accurate for a British vassal, and more unique than the equally accurate "Province of Canada".

That makes sense, but currently the America has occupied New France in the game.
Considering that New France's capital are in Quebec, perhaps New France should be given to Canada and French Louisiana be given to the America?

Yeah that makes sense. Though Louisiana and Canada were both subregions of New France, the name New France is usually more associated with what became modern Canada since that was its most developed part. Obviously there isn't really a historical name for an East Coast-centric USA as a French vassal/colony (though there was a brief attempt at French Florida), but Louisiana works well enough.

Gaul Confederacy
Gallic Kingdom
Gallic Empire --> might keep as Christian if 7 cities or more

Christianization
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Kingdom of Alba --> Kingdom of Scotland if Medieval and England Exists and there are no cities outside of the UK
Kingdom of Gwynedd (if the capital is in western England)
Celtic Church (If Chrisitan Theocracy with cities in multiple areas)
Kingdom of Brittney --> Republic? (If Brittney ever survives that long)
Keltic Sultanate
Tuatha of Eire
High Kingdom of Ireland (must have centralization)
Republic of Ireland
Republic of Scotland
Celtic Council (Cities in multiple countries in the global era or later)
Peoples Republic of Ireland
National Corporation of Ireland (fascist Ireland

Vassal names: Ruiri or Overking
The Kingdom name for controlling Britain should be either Prydain if the capitol is in England or Wales(Brythonic) or Bhreatain if the capitol is Scotland or Ireland(Gaelic). Also the Gallic names should probably be based on the tribal confederations iirc the current start is roughly where the Arverni were. There are various post roman names that can be used for more local British city state like entities that existed between the roman withdrawal and the Anglo Saxon conquests if anyone is interested.
One thing id like to make a note of is Brythonic(the ancestor of Welsh, Cornish, Breton, Cumbric, and probably Pictish) seems to have rapidly fragmented following the Anglo Saxon conquests. Meaning representing entire parts of Britain under polities like Gwynedd may not be the best. Id suggest Dumnonia/Dewnans for Cornwall, Strathclyde/Ystradd Clud for southwest Scotland.(Dun breatann, the default city name for the tile is irish for "fort of the britons")
