EE2 Future Units Kit 2016-10-05

That actually wasn't my intent when making this, but yeah I suppose you could look at it that way. :)

Although a gray version of the EE2 Heavy Missile Helicopter would probably be closer to the Scorpion in overall appearance, just b/c it's bigger and bulkier than this one (and has big piles of missiles under its wings). But I just wanted to make these two EE2 Heli's contrast more if I was going to be using both as separate units, and I liked the existing camo color better on the Heavy Missle so I changed this one instead. Besides it fits my name and stats for it in my mod better this way. ;)

p.s. - We already have a mech similar to the power suit (forget name), but I was a little surprised nobody made actual Scorpion and Grinder units for Civ4 when the movie came out, I was sure someone automatically would lol. I mean, they're such great models, there's such an easy blueprint to work from (the toys, which I bought), and they'd have been soooo popular! Oh well. :p
 
can you upload the missile cruiser, so that i can give it a try before my summer break starts?

more serious - needed something "easy" to test my skills - if someone still has use for it - so much the better

there are
one version (standard) using vanilla BB animation - also for missile tubes - and
one version with an adjusted strike kf of the BB animation - fires missiles (only the strike kf included - rest of the animation files must be copied from the vanilla BB) - using this nifs with the vanilla animation should result in a ship only firing it´s main gun

for both version shader and non shader nifs (~1300 poly - used the LoD 2 model) and also a stripified non shader version* ("_nofx_strip": ~3000 poly) included. The shader and the stripified non shader have damage texture support - all have gloss. Damage texture from the vanilla BB needed. Textures can be found in the folder of the rocket version.

Of course the credits for the art have to be adressed to the EE2 art team - for the animation (incl. damage texture) to firaxis.

What other games could units be converted from, could any game that uses the gamebryo engine be used?
