Elder Scrolls V: Oblivion Part 2?

Q: How does leveling system works and "max level?"
A: Works like Oblivion. There is no "max" level, but there is a theoretical one depending on the skills. Balanced for 1-50 level characters, and players will level much faster (50 perks).

He said early leveling is faster. Meaning roughly level 1 to 10 will have much, much less XP required.

Did he say "early" leveling? I don't think I heard that, and that leveling up is faster overall.

he also said they had a team of people working on just dragons for two years, apparently they are very versatile, can walk or fly as they please, the possiblity of a dragon breathing fire down a street was raised, seems they are delighted with the results which should hopefully be very impressive, they can divebomb too apparently.

I've heard it mentioned several times, including in the Gameinformer magazine article.

Also there were comments on the site that goes something like this: "Whoa is this a real NPC, their faces look a lot better"... Something to that extend anyway. So WTH? what are they talking about? Where did they see faces? :(
This was the image at the top of the page before they changed it:

Keep in mind there's still 9 more months for them to work with.

Many of the "not committing to an answer" thingies would fit horrendously well as DLC.

Especially the werewolves and vampires :) i'm not a big fan of DLC because often it isnt really worth it, but for Skyrim i wouldnt mind too much hehe.

very good  personally i feel that he took the initial news of hearing that a new Elder Scrolls was on the way far too calmly :D

Yeah, I though so too. I first heard of it by watching the teaser actually. I just opened gametrailers, thinking "meh, there's nothing interesting there anyways..."

And then my face was like my avatar's...

I pronounce it "Sky-rim" because that's how everyone in Oblivion and at Bethworks says it.
