I have had bad luck with the last few departments I've run, but that wasn't my fault.

Not that it matters to me much, I'm actually surprised I've gotten this many votes, for not really "running." I wonder what I can do if I actually show an interest in winning.

I agree. If you swore to not drive a car during your whole term or do any of the things that made you get in such a wreck I would without question support you

Actually, I haven't driven a car for a long time. My girlfriend stole my license and hid it .
