Embarrasing last names

I had a teacher who's last name was Bonner. Even though it was clearly pronounced "Bah-ner" she got a lot of crap about it and made students call her by her first name.
 
As the OP, madviking, LucyDuke, Bill3000, ZeletDude, GamezRule, Yared, Joecoolyo, Mise and a few others know, my last name is the sort that would have been embarrassing in Kindergarten or so. I've mostly looked past it now, and it's been turned into some rather amusing nicknames. I probably make more jokes based on it than anyone else.

There was a Mr Peanisbreath in the phonebook here last year or the year before. They tried to call him on a radio station once but he had changed his phone number by then.
 
Someone I know is called Pithouse, not funny in itself but his name is Shaun....

I once bought the return half of a plane ticket (back in the Stone Age when they didn't ID you at the gate/check-in) off a guy named Cox. When he handed me the ticket, it was printed "Cock-s". I turned, and he had this big grin on his face and said that that was indeed his name before I could even ask him if it was spelled correctly.

EDIT: Apparently cock (singular) doesn't trip any filters, but cock (plural) does.
 
I had a lab partner whose last name was Rape. No creative pronunciation or anything, just Rape.
 
I can't really think of very bad ones. I think i have come across someone called Karagkiozis though, which is this puppet:

There are some great surnames around, i particularly love the Byzantine ones. My christian name is byzantine monastic (Kyriakos= Lordian), and my surname is reasonably byzantine as well.
