Endless error messages in SVN

In my SVN version, which I have not altered in any way and have done a fresh install on several times, I am having an odd problem. When I play, my event screen displays an endless parade of error messages which read "Bug Options - Failed writing INI file in [Directory][File Name]" for every single last INI file in the folder. It does this, every single turn, flooding my screen and drowning out game critical information.

So far as I can tell, this error isn't actually affecting anything. The BUG options are working just fine. However, these endless error messages are annoying enough that it effectively makes the game unplayable, as half the screen is covered in garbage. If there is no fix for this, is there a way to disable such error messages from appearing in the Event Log? Again, the BUG options themselves are working fine. I'm just getting pointless error messages that do nothing but annoy the crap out of me.

Start Civ4 as administrator. These errors occur because BUG wants to write into the Civ4 directory which is protected in Vista/W7 (and probably W8).

Thank you very much. That fixed the problem. Strange that it does that in the recent SVN versions, but did not do that in older SVN versions or v26.
