Environmental Responsibility: Books vs. Digital Readers

But a smartphone is a phone, and I don't want to be accessible to other people.

(I only use my kindle for reading. I have used the web browser, but only to access fanfiction.)

Some people like keyboards more than others. I'd never trade in my TI-92 calculator for a TI-89 calculator, because I'd have to give up the keyboard. (Well, plus I am too cheap to fork out that kind of money; the 92 was a bribe from a colleague.)

Sure, but I want to hear music while I'm reading, and I want to be able to make notes on books and highlight sentences, and if you want everything in one device, and if you want to be able to read no matter what, then you're looking for a kindle.

That was at Zelig. And sorry for the doublepost. BlackBerries suck. ENORMOUSLY.
