To Russia:
Before declaring war we offered Russia a way out. We offered the Russian people the option of withdrawing from Vikingland and Greece, and in return there would be peace in Europe. Russia refused this offer; therefore, that leads me to believe that the Russian nation has every intention to conquering the whole of Europe. How can you expect me to trust the word of a nation who has shown blatant disregard for human life and national sovereignty? What honor can you swear by, now that you have destroyed nations and purged populations for their religious beliefs? I appeal to you now not as a mortal enemy and not as the President of France. I appeal to you now simply as a man who wishes for nothing more than peace and security in Europe. Please, stop this war. Halt your invasion of Vikingland, and withdraw to pre-war borders. I do not blame you for retaking the Finnish lands that are rightfully yours. However, I cannot abide a conquerer. A dark cloud is spreading over Europe. You alone have the power to part that cloud and let the light of peace shine through. France can only hope to achieve peace through force of arms; Russia may still restore the peace by laying down her arms.
I say this one last time. Withdraw to pre-war borders. Restore Vikingland's borders and give the Germans and Greeks their autonomy back. Doing this will result in an immediate cessation of hostilities between France and Russia. Is this not best for all involved?
As a Christian, and President of a Christian nation, I understand that you are at odds with the Nostrodomist Vikings. But we are well beyond the age of genocide. Look inside yourself. Look and see if there is even a shred of humanity left. What kind of man can massacre innocent civilians for their religious beliefs and still look at himself in the mirror? I beseech you, stop the killing.
I will take your word that you did not use nuclear arms against the GDI. I will accept that only because from what you have said thus far, I can see that there is still some honor and some humanity left within you. If it does come to war, then I vow I will make no use of my nuclear arsenal unless Russia strikes first with theirs.
From the Adiratic in the south to Lapland in the North, an Iron Curtain has descended across the continent. The nations of western Europe refuse to see the threat that your continued agression poses towards their own freedom. But France does not. If you will not cease your attack, then the French Army in all its might and righteousness will batter down the Curtain itself.
