To the World:
Nukes are flowing over and we are in danger of large nukelear wars, we all saw the terrors under the Aztec vs Texas war, we must stop this threat (nukes) from destroying our world, know as RTOR2 (I took the name from the orginal NES that this comes from....). I therefor propose the Anti-Nukelear-League (ANL) as league that shall fight against use of nukelear weapons.
Rules for ANL:
1)No nations in ANL can have ICBM's or any king of Weapons of Mass Destruction.
2)Members of ANL shall embargo or go to war against any nation that use nukelear weapons
3)Members of ANL shall toghter make an small army of 2000 Commandos (Weapon instrucutrs) to send in where we will try to find nukes.
4)Members of ANL shall set diplomatical pressure on any nation building ICBM's, and embargo them.
5)Members of ANL shall try to make missils that are able to shoot down nuke while they are still in the air to stop the terror this is against the poeple on Earth.
Orders:
Bank and increase WC.
Remove forces from USNA and send them home.

Not saying I would but if any country got mad at you they could easily destroy you with there Nuclear missiles and you could do nothing. Again Im not saying its a bad idea just keep that in mind.

It is true we control most of Germany. The fact is, I have no idea how we came to control so much of Germany. I'm sure there is a story behind it that I don't know. Anyway, the fact of the matter is that Russia invaded what was left of Germany, and seeks to subjugate it. I swear now that upon my defeat of the Russian conquerers I will create from the liberated territory 5 new nations: Greece, Germany, Poland, Yugoslavia, and Romania. These will be independent states carved out of the land formally occupied by Russia. Finland, too will be restored as a nation once it is liberated. I seek not to conquer, but to release the conquered and battered from their Russian bondage. If you insist on war, then it is war you shall have. We shall meet you in the fields of Eastern Europe.
To Brazil:
We applaud your actions. A nation's first obligation is to it's home and it's people. Stay in South America; stay home and take care of your women and children. Stay and build a free nation that will be able to rejoice with France and all the free world when Russia is defeated and the black cloud is lifted from Europe.
