Incan Freedom Fighter
Deal With Azteca
Because of the impending radiation that will be hitting the shore of our beloved country, LeParte has met to negotiate the restoration of Andes authority over northern Venezuela. President Tossi and LeParte met in a secret meet yesterday in Caracas to discuss the future of the province and what is to be done about the radiation that will soon plague the very northern reaches of our nation. Although scientists spectate whether the radiation will be plentiful enough to do much harm, Leparte is still outraged by the fact that Aztec radiation might harm innocent Incans. The two men met like old allies, shaking hands and laughing over good times. However, business was to be done, and done it was. The two men worked out a deal of payment, and the northern reaches of Venezuela would be returned to the Andes Confederation.
Constitution Restored
As said by our leader, Leparte, the constitution has been restored for our beloved country. Every province is granted their rights, and the military no longer has the authority over our property and well-being as it did before. Most will not notice anything too drastic that changes, mostly because Leparte had never crossed the line of Constitutional rights when it was suspended. Job increases and an economic boom is expected to occur because of the new job positions that are going to open that once were the responsibility of the military or Leparte.
The Grand Navy
The adults of our nation can remember the golden times, before the GDI had struck our nation with the nuclear winters and fallout radiation, before the Andes Confederation fell, of a Grand Navy that once protected our shores and the interests of Incans abroad. Well, as passed by the newly reinstated Congress, we once again will rebuild our past glory. Following the launch of the new Santiago class carriers will be a new and modern fleet. Shipyards in Lima, Santiago, Caracas and many other minor ports have already begun construction. This multi-billion dollar task is expected to be completed within the next year or so, and the new navy will be docked and ready for deployment to protect Incans worldwide.
American Alliance Headquarters
Following the nuclear war in North America and the continuance of an isolationist feeling in the Andes Confederation, the old American Alliance headquarters, along with the alliance itself, has been decommissioned. In it's place is the new alliance named Dominions of South America. The nations within this soley-defensive and isolationist alliance include the old friends of the Incans, the Argentinians, the Brazilians, and possibly the Aztecs should they vow neutrality in wars in the future. This alliance is formed to soley protect the southern continent of America, and perhaps central America. It is expected to remain in NOD, and neutrality is a subject to be discussed.
Andes Confederation Cities Rebuilding
The continuance of the economic prosperity of our country has helped us come back and rebuild our cities and highways, our ports and skyscrapers. The state of the country is still poor, but the damage has been cleared. All that is left is the rebuilding of the buildings themselves. This will require thousands of men and women along with billions of dollars. Our capital is expected to be fully rebuilt by next year, and Santiago is to be rebuilt the year following. Leparte has released information that he plans to systematically raise taxes in accordance to rebuild our nation.
