I was in no way affected by this! Please change it if it was a mistake. If not, then oh well. But I thought u told me that the virus did not effect me, or any others that was not mentioned in the attack. Please explain.

Ladies and gentlemen of the world community, France has two revelations to make. One may shake you to the core, but we hope the other will restore your faith in the French Republic. During World War VIII, the Republic was in imminent danger of falling to the Russian juggernaut. In desperation, I ordered my scientists to begin researching and developing a possible biological or chemical weapon that could be used against Russian troops in a last-ditch defense of the homeland. Thankfully, peace was achieved, and it never came to this. I had the small stockpile of weapons that had already been built destroyed, and the research burned. I am ashamed of my actions, but it was a time of war, and we were desperate. But there is good news. Along with developing the weapon, my scientists at their research facility on Corsica developed a vaccine that can protect against it. I will gladly share it with all aflicted nations in order to help stop the spread of this malicious plague. Unfortunately, I at this time only have it in enough quantity to vaccinate a percentage of the French population. My top researcher tells me it will take one more year to produce the vaccine in bulk. When it is completed, I will distribute it to the nations of Europe, Africa, and Asia that are suffering from the Ebola epidemic.
I am ashamed of my previous research, but hope that it may perhaps benefit the aflicted and help restore world security.

The staff of this lab, from the scientists to the guys who make the coffee, were all hand-picked by me personally. Background checks so in-depth that I now have in my cabinets files on who these scientists and coffee-makers dated when they were junior high school. None of them were Sons of Persia, I can assure you. Secondly, the disease was never produced in large quantities. I was told by my staff (EQ) that it wouldn't have been ready for operational use until 1 year after I made peace with you and Russia. What small amounts did exist were incinerated on-site, as was witnessed by the man who is both my Attorney General and my brother, and who I trust completely. There was no security breach. It is not possible that the disease that is currently spreading originated at my lab. Bu the vaccine did. Even though we have had personal conflicts in the past, you have my assurance that India will receive its fair share of our vaccine once it has gone into production.
