I cannot in good conscience remain silent any longer. The Russian Empire is a menace. It is a black cloud that is spreading across the world, bringing with it only darkness and destruction. We can no longer stand idle as our neighbors are picked off one by one, their soveriegnty violated, their cities destroyed, and their population carted off to your death camps in god-knows-where. As of 3:55 today, a state of war exists between the Empire of Russia and the Republic of France. If you withdraw from the Norse Empire before noon tomorrow, we will withdraw our declaration of war. As of 12:01, we will accept no outcome but your unconditional surrender or our own complete destruction. May God have mercy upon your souls.

While we have no desire to cause ill will between our allies, the French people and the French nation cannot sit and watch while the Russian juggernaut swallows up all of Europe. United, the forces of freedom were able to stop the tyrants before they destroyed all the Earth. If there is any honor or bravery left in man, I call all free nations to arms in the fight to stop Russian aggression. We stand at the crossroads of history; our actions here will decide the path that all the world will take from now on. Will you stay idle and allow Russia to set the world down the path to tyranny, holocaust, and fascist domination, or will you stand and fight as men to set our world down the path to freedom and liberty? If I know any of you at all, I know I can count on you to stand up and fight in this, the world's darkest hour.

a. The French Volunteer Corps fighting in Germany moves east and then northeast into Poland, towards the city of Kaliningrad. En route to Kaliningrad, they meet up with Army Group North (20,000 Modern Infantry and 20,000 Mech Infantry) coming east and then north from French Germany into Poland. They link up and attack Kaliningrad, scuttling any Russian ships in Kaliningrad Harbor and cutting an important part of Russia's Baltic supply lines to her army in Germany.
b. Army Group South attacks southeast from French Germany into Austria, then attacks east across Hungary towards the Ukraine. They then attack the city of Odesa, taking control of the southern Dnepr and cutting part of the Black Sea and land supply lines to the Balkans.
c. The Baltic Fleet, along with the Naval Special Assault Force moves into the Baltic via the North Sea, traversing Viking waters between Norway and Denmark. The Baltic Fleet takes a station in the central Baltic to completely sever the Baltic supply lines to the Russian armies in both Germany and Scandinavia. The Baltic Fleet air arm launches sorties against Russian harbor and naval installations along the Baltic coast, as well as attacking Russian ground force buildups in Eastern Europe. The Naval Special Assault Force continues on into the Gulf of Finland with air cover from Baltic Fleet. They launch an amphibious assault St. Petersburg to cut the land supply lines to Finland. Any Russian ships in the harbor are to be scuttled.
D. The Mediterannean Fleet moves southeast past Italy and through the Sicilian Strait, then around Turkish Greece. Any Russian ships that emerge from the Black Sea through the Dardanelles are within range of air and missile strikes. The Fleet air arm also launches strikes against Russian military installations and troop buildups in Croatia to ease the way for the Italians.
E. 2500 Modern Infantry defend the southern coast of France. The Baltic Fleet will prevent naval attack from the north.
F. All Helicopters provide combat air support for Army Groups North and South. They operate out of bases in French Germany, attacking enemy ground forces as my armies advance.
G. Jet fighters provide air cover for the Army Groups, provide tactical air support for advancing ground forces, and bomb strategic military and industrial targets in Eastern Europe. They are based in French Germany.

The Jets will gain air superiority and destroy enemy tank movements as well as fortified positions. Supply routes are a key target as well. Commandos will attack enemy rear positions, disrupt supplies and communications. If any high area targets(generals, tank depots etc) become open, attack. Aquisition of bases and airfields rather then destruction is also a priority.

Army Group 2 is mainly an Armored punch into Russian held territory in Vikingland. The main objective is the disruption of enemy movements and supplies. Their objectibves are any key Russian depots, or supply areas. Airfields are also a key objective. The Jets will lend air support and the destruction of supply routes, tank colums, enemy air and fortified positions. Commandos will attack enemy rear positions, disrupt supplies and communications. If any high area targets(generals, tank depots etc) become open, attack. Aquisition of bases and airfields rather then destruction is also a priority. If possible the reaquisition of Hammerfest and the Hammerfest base is a high priority.
Army Group B will fall back and join Army Group C if high casualties are sustained.

10,000 Modern Infantry, 29,000 Mech Infantry, 3000 Modern Armor, 100 Jets.
The remains of the Viking military will hold their positions in entrenched defensive positions along the line. If Army Group B becomes succesful, Army Group C will join with them. The Jets will maintain Air Superiority and lend support to Army Group B.
