Escape From Zombie Island 2 ready for public consumption

I would like to see the initial Hannibal Unit Created since he is the Leader of the Survivors and a Very important Unit...Easily confused with the handyman if a player just looks at the Unit rather than read the screen while playing.

Does anyone else see the little guy in the back of the Mean Machine as just too small compared to the other units? Perhaps we do not need the Mean Machine. The Motor Cars can take units where they are wanted so it is not really needed as a transport as long as there is a Unit set to replace the power. Any thoughts, comments?

This hasn't bothered me at all. I like the Mean-Machines though. :D

Hannibal initially is just yet another worker....with amazing strength though...though I thought he could definately use another makeover to distinguish himself from others.

The meanmachine now did look out of proportion with others. I use meanmachine as blitz units if I remember correctly. THough now with biker gal. It does kind of lose a lot of it's purpose since it too was tone down a bit.

though I like the original hummer graphic better. Think it's much cooler. Perhap switch the hummer with troop truck?

As for playtesting. Right now I stopped and are waiting for the new update to do further playtesting. Since their's a major makeover, anymore playtesting would just be not quite useful.

I agree ... Hannibal definitely requires a unique unit ... it will be a big job considering that he upgrades often ... perhaps a slight recolouring of his clothing could be an easier option?

Mean Machine ... I actually like it's look and sound ... if you want to get rid of it, give 1 or 2 to the Farmers as it is a ute (pickup) ;)

I was just thinking: the modern era Joan of Arc leaderhead, which is absolutely awful as a world leader in a conventional civ game, might make a good female survivalist leaderhead for the survivors. And her king unit could be the female marine with the shaved head.

As for the mean machine I think it's great. The units are just representative anyway, I mean people don't stand taller than tanks and skyscrapers

Are the survivors French? :D
Plus her King Unit has a swords and doesn't have a shaved head.

I'm sure Iron Beagle was referring to the female marine/Ripley unit and not the PTW king unit. Still, I'm not sure that unit is of good enough quality and we'd need 3 units to replace Hannibal as leader of the survivors: one with axe/sharp weapon, one with gun and one with a flamethrower. It'd be nice to have one model that kept the same look but with the different weapons.

How's this for an old war vet?

I thought Sword of Geddon already made the Old War Vet?

BTW, I just discovered Vuldacon's Screech unit. It certainly would fit in this somewhere. I doubt it will make it though. Just thought I should mention it. ;) :D

He also has a lovely half completed unit that is just a brain and spinal cord which may have a theremin sound if he used what I sent :mischief: ... but I doubt the unit will be completed

@Iron Beagle ... love the Man Boobs
I was thinking he would be more ancient looking, could you starve him a lot to look frail and post a picture?
Can you dress him? If so what about an old man in a dressing gown look.

Concerning the Mean Machine...we can keep it in. I was just looking for opinions. I like the Truck but the little guy causes it to appear funny when fighting other units...just my opinion.

Concerning Hannibal... Perhaps some color changes for the "Handyman", "Badass" and "Pyromaniac" Units could be made so they look different. Then Hannibal would be easy to spot. Otherwise, three new separate units would have to be made.

Lord Malbeth and fe3333au... The Brain with the Spinal Cord is a Unit I was working on before I started working on EFZI2. fe3333au, I have the sounds you sent me and I will Finish the unit later when I have time. The "Skreech" and the "Crawling Brain" are really more SCI-FI so they don't really fit this Scenario. That said, perhaps the Crawling Brain could be made to fit as an Enslaved Unit for one of the Zombies. We can consider this later.

Iron Beagle... I think that guy would work out as an Old War Vet. I like the White Beard and Tee Shirt...can you apply some stripes to the Pants? I believe King Arthur wanted him to have PJ's and slippers. You can color the slippers (Feet area) with Civ Specific Color as well as the Stripes for the PJ Pants. I think the "dumpy" body accents the skinny arms which looks good. Do the same for the Legs so they will also look skinny like the arms. Keep the Little "Pot Belly" type look for his mid section. Make the Helmet more Grey/Green rather than Distinct Green so it doesn't look Modern. I think a Hand Gun is ok for the Old War Vet as the Old Guy would have his trusty side arm handy. :) King Arthur can also provide what he thinks is desirable.

I like that model - the body posture is just right, with the head forward like that and the shoulders back. Personally I think that SOG's unit is fine (other than lacking the Fidget and Victory animations) so it's a shame not to use it, but this should be good too.

If you want a dressing gown, I gave SOG some advice here which just might work for making a passable dressing gown too.

Iron Beagle - keep running with what you have. Keep the vest top and give the bottom half stripes to look like PJs. I agree with Vuldacon that the helmet should be more grey/green and the slippers and stripes should be civ color. Love the flashlight (torch)!
