I changed it to put it all on Merlot. Unless you mean never change it from Amazon but i thonk they would notice that.

I just noticed that AMAZON and Quatronia were both logged in and Quatronia's score went up. Perhaps they have been included in the ETTA?

So now that we have Merlot on our Demograph scale, should we start getting Quatronia and CDZ?

I think it would be a good idea to. In the long run we won't have that much use for EP against Merlot, who will hopefully be wiped out by Amazon and CDZ. I'd imagine where we really want the EP is against Quatronia.

Here's one of those things that just amaze me all the time. How can Amazon have twice as many cities as everyone else? Or put differently, what do they not have in order to have those cities?

Population, they've whipped before and they have just whipped again. My bet is they have been whipping and chopping settlers out. TMIT is a well known City Spammer so I'm not really shocked. What does make me happy is were not dead last in City expansion at least. That goes to the poor CDZ Vikings.
Which in turn makes me wonder if those Vikings are amassing an army instead. But as long as someone else gets the axe, not so much our concern yet.

It is and it isn't. It's nice to know in a way, but at the end of the day it's highly unlikely to change anything we do. We'll know what they've researched already from the tech screen, what they're currently researching really won't be that intersting. Hopefully they'll be so far behind in tech that we don't really care all that much. Similarly with the power graph, it's nice to know but I'd hope that we can ensure they're weak enough that the details don't matter. City visibility will take more EPs than we're likely to generate in time, and only tell us things we can scout out with our UU by the time it becomes important.
At the end of the day, my main point is that EPs on Mavericks will tell us stuff that's interesting, but that we don't really need to know, and the end result will just be wasted EPs. We should be able to build up enough of an advantage over them that we simply don't need EPs against them
Frankly I'm more interested in what Quatronia are up to even now. So like I said, I'd prefer we directed our EPs their way. Other people may have different views though.

Depends what we want really. I'd say we're better concentrating on one though. At least concentrate on one for up to demographics visibility before doing the other, so that we can see at least some demographics sooner. In fact, we could discuss with Amazon for them to concentrate on CDZ while we concentrate on Quatronia, or something along those lines.
