EUIOT: The Golden Bull

The byzantine empire

Now that i rethink, i will be the Papal states.

That yellow has historical significance. It is the main color of the Scottish royal standard, and was traditionally associated with Scotland in general (Much like red is England, blue is France, white is Austria, etc).

EDIT: Is forming Scandinavia going to be any different than EUIII? If so, can you post the requirements?

But the yellow of the Scottish royal standard is a bright yellow not a dull dirty yellow as of that on the map.

Also i have read that an HR emperor had to be crowned by the pope in order to take the title of the emperor and if the pope excommunicate the emperor all peasants were free from their oath to serve the emperor, so they revolted.

Do i realy have this powers in game?

I would never choose those heretics Greek scums.

Catholicism is the only true religion. Orthodoxy is an heresy.

Noooo.... Now he's going to say stuff like the Declaration of Arbroath was a lie spread by the mainland Japanese.

I'll get back to you on that shortly.
Edit: Just have 25 Scandinavian provinces.

Okay, if you want I'll change it to a nicer yellow.

I suppose you could rp crowning of the Emperor, but you do not decide who it is and it won't have any affect on gameplay, except of course an rp bonus. I'll get to HRE dissolving much later, but the Papal State takes essentially no part in it(I mean you can, but it isn't Papal-exclusive.)

Excommunication was a viable action in EU3 but I'm not including it into this game.

I'll take Brittany because Parisian France sucks.

Tell me what you have in mind and I will consider it.
