This mod will probably be aimed more toward a scenario though in the future - a mod that I am working on that will focus on civs (with other things too obvoiusly) is test of time (thread in TTT forum) if you want to check it out
Are you only interested in making civs for eurocentrism? Because I have many more suggestions for my other mod that I would like to see more - you could use art thats available and i can make some buildings and the leaderheads are static so if yuou want you dont even need tow orry bout lh art
I dont deal with music in cIV - not worth the space and dont want to worry about stealing other peoples music etc.

-Some medieval Irish celtic tribes
Test of Time
-Akkadian Empire
-Papuan Empire
-Guptan Empire
I would say the three for test of time would be the ones I am most interested in, but put other ones if one of the other ones catch your eyes
Some quality things that matter
-if leaderhead is static (very prefered static so I dont need to change it plus easier for you) have it be 512x512 and not blurry
-if doing a really ancient leader without pics it is okay to use another picture but just dont have it be another leader
-Button needs to be very civ-style (no flags, also background cant be a solid color it needs to be shaded like the cIV ones are)
-Flag needs to match button
If any of this stuff is a problem just ask and I can help with it - I am assuming good button is hardest so if you need it I could point you to some

I'm going to need one building for the Test of Time civs:
Just a wall depicting a purana. It doesn't have to be detailed, just maybe a picture of some Indian.
Here's my progress so far.
I'm 100% with Akkad.
I'm 70% done with the Gupta, I just need the UB and a UU
I'm 5% done with Papua, I've found a UB but I can't seem to find a LH or UU.
I suppose I'll just give you Akkad. Apparently, someone already made Akkad so I used his UU, UB and flag (not the LH) but the UB and UU use regular civilization art (the Bowman and the stele).

Nice work on the akkadian leaderhead, I downloaded that civ before and didnt like it (for lack of art of UB and UU and the leaderhead was a picture of a statue or somethingl ike that) I like the new leaderhead.
Couple things though
1)Button isnt like they should be in civ. Notice these. Look at the background how the top is lighter and the bottom darker. When you have a button where the backgorund is a solid color it just looks bad compared to these. You can steal one from one of these downloads or from another civ (if you are doing from one of tsentoms DLs I would tell me which one first since I have used many so no reason for you to do work to switch it if I will switch it anyway
2)custom art for UU and UB is definatly necessary. They dont really need to be accurate art just noticably different from any cIV art (not reskins). Like I said doesnt need to be accurate so like any middle eastern looking acher would be good for that situation.
if you cant find art just say so and I can find some.
also for the building you need, that doesnt seem like a building really
another possible idea could be Shikhara. The first Shikhara was this

Possibly this as UB for epic but it really isnt just gupta

What this mod is really missing is an Italian civilization.
At the moment, I get around the problem by playing as Rome but changing everything to Italy.

I found new skin for the archer and fixed the button. I couldn't find a replacement for the victory stele.
