Europe in 2002

I think Mikoyan must be able to supply you with pictures...
Yep

The swedish stealth corvettes (HMS Visby Class) will look like this

And just for fun i'll throw in a AJ-37 Viggen too

Returning to topic, Spanish army is not as big and important as French or English, but we have some interesting units, like AEGIS ships, that USA sold us this yead :D

Mikoyan, I actually thought you had some (perhaps primitive) stealth ships...

AND a Harrier Carrier. :D

Yes. It's called 'Principe de Asturias', a Spanish tittle equivalent to 'Prince of Wales'

"Have" is a relative term.
HMS Visby has been finished since last year, but more ships are yet to be built before the class becomes operational.

I thought so. :D

*Update*

Desided to make it for MGE instead of FW.
To everyone, if you have a good tech tree or unit art for the near modern era, please post it.
I am using the map from Cross & Crescent.

Another question: Which countries whole-hearted endor the EU and which one's don't. I know that Spain, UK, and Italy are standoffish and that France and Germany are gungho intergrationists. But what about Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Portugal, Greece, Romania, Switzerland, Austria, and the rest?
What faction do they fit into?

I am using the map from Cross & Crescent.

Are you sure about that? There's lots of better maps of Europe out there...

Well Norway and Switzerland aren't even in the EU, so they would be somewhat negative. ;) Spain, Greece and Portugal are probably more positive, thanks to all the money their farmers are getting.

Sweden, hmm. Well they can fit either way. With the current leadership, positive towards the EU. It all depends on what starts this conflict I guess.

The Swedes should have stealth ships (much like a large gun-boat). I think Mikoyan must be able to supply you with pictures...
...

why not have some stealth ships that exist like the La Fayette stealth frigate

Sure, I'll take a look at it. I hadn't looked in my PM box for a while, sorry I was so slow.
But I'm not sure that I would be able to see the error even if I tried.

I'll give it a shot.

EDIT: I can't download the file, and if I'm not the only one who can't then that might be why we haven't given you any feedback ;). If you'd like to mail it to me, please do: mrlc@europe.com

It's strange because the rules file I've received is completely unaltered. I sat comparing it with the original rules file, and there is no difference - at least not in the three areas you said you'd altered (techs, improvements, and wonders).
Is it so? If you haven't changed anything and still get an error message (I don't), then you should just replace it with the original...

No, the new one is unaltered too...

This is a classic Civ2 file error... You're going to laugh when you hear this...

You missed a comma (",") after the improvement called "New European Union"... That's how sensitive the system is...

Try putting the comma there, right after the "Union", like this:
New European Union, 60, 0, Cmn,

(It thinks the improvement will be called "New European Union 60" with the cost of "0" and the upkeep of "Cmn", and it won't be able to find the preq...)

It works with that fixed...

You really should try using the editor for editing these kinds of things, it doesn't make such human errors.

BTW, I'm not too satisfied that "Communism" is a prerequisite for the "New European Union"... Any insinuations? ;) :D
