The leader of the Catholic Church was in crisis. The Pope was a prisoner in his own church under siege from evil Byzantine forces. Not every German was Catholic, in fact it was fairly evenly split. Regarldless there was a clear injustice in a large militaristic nation attacking a religious institution. The German king would kill two birds with one stone. We'd quell the resless population and stop agressors with one fell swoop.
Orders:
Send 1000 men to the Vatican
Grow the Economy
Send 2000 men down the Rhine River to claim that area.

Increase economy by building roads to the newly connectted territory
Story:
The Russian army is strong, and the country is expanding. News from the distant city of Rome reach Russia, but hardly anyone is worried by it. Expansion continues all over the Russian borders, and the outpost of Kazan is now joined with the rest of Russia. A series of roads to connect it to other cities begin. THe Novgorod Expedition continues, and Russians get closer and closer to establishing stable trade with the Byzantine empire to the south.

In Iceland, the Icelanders remain isolated from the rest of Europe. They easily conquer all of the Western regions of their Iceland, which gives them many years to sit around surrounded by waters. This eventually leads to them developing "longboats". Relatively ineffective in actual combat, they can travel long distances and carry many warriors.Iceland
We have conquered all of this Island! But there's no where to go...so we have to improve domestically before the Gods will allow us to find new islands to bring into the fold.
So I ordered the people to make the lands arrable. To bring this land to fruition. And life for ten years went as it should. The people had good crops, our numbers were increasing. Even trade from the west to the east was increasing.
And my mariners inspired by the Gods brought me a gift. It was a boat longer than most, capable of going further, and carrying more warriors.
At the end of this past decade I gathered some of our warriors and our people to go and settel new lands for the people of Iceland, I suggested to the East, and maybe one day to the south.

the Norwegians had reached the outskirts of Paris , but our fierce army stood Valiantly on paris high wall awaiting the Norwegians attack , as ordered the army had evaquated any living thing between the norwegian force and and burned any possible food source the Norwegians could use , " they can sit and starve in their empty castle for all i care care , these walls will never be breached " Said Karl II , the freshly wed King of France.

- France Windraws from england , Norwegian Windraws from france , whoever controls england is NO concern of France (we will not hand over territories to a party , we just pull out and if the Nothumberlanddians or Norwegians move troops to take control of those territories its their problem)
-Belgium remains France
-France Right to settle italy
-Andorran army returns control of my Birthland Corsica and Sardinnia to france , those territories were part of the Kingdom of Mediterranean that now has become france and since we are not at war with the Andorran i must assume they just liberated those islands (since andorra has not stated anything else) , Andorra will be conpesated for their service as soon as the economy allows it.
plus i dont see what the Pope has to say about the "former kingdom of mediterrenean possesions" , they should just become part of France becouse of the Marriage.
and since norway has no navy we would be willing to ship their 4500 men back to norway for just 1 economy (can be payed later if you wish)

Unless the Norway CLEARLY agrees to the EVERY POINT concerning them thats are still appicable (im about to make peace with Northumberland and hand over england to them so the first point is not applicable anymore , so they basically only have to agree that Belgium stays French) of my peace proposal the war still goes on , so should any Norwegian ship come in the reach of the French navy they will be engaged in battle.
