I am setting my first PitBoss game. So take a look. (template taken from Mysterio10000 , changed enough so i dont have to pay copy rights )

GAME OPTIONS ENABLED
No Technology Trading
No Cheating

MULTIPLAYER OPTIONS
Simultaneous Turns : On
Take Over AI : On
Turn Timer : 12 hours

Selection of Civs
1.submitting the names of 5 leaders to me
2.being assigned a random civ

Player Requirements
In order to be considered for this game, you must:
1.) reside in the GMT to GMT+2 time zone
2.) be able to play online sessions (when all players are online at once) for 1-2 hours (typically 7-9 PM GMT) a few times during the week, and for 1-2 hours or more Saturday or Sunday (typically in the mornings or early afternoons).

will do .. still if he is bad peer , your ap should hang on "connecting peer"

Anyways, since I and Dan can't get in, but drib could, it is very likely that it's his firewall that's keeping us out.
