Extract Operative quest uncompletable

My agent stole science from Central but was forced to flee. I went back, rescued the operative, but the quest did not advance. I am able to repeat the operative extraction mission but it does not register. Reloaded, this time my agent was not forced to flee Central in part 2 and part 3 completed successfully.

I had to extract the operative twice despite I was successfull the first time

That quest worked a-ok for me the first time..

I had to do the extract agent twice to get it to complete... and no the first one did not fail

I had no issues with this quest myself.. Hopefully they get the long list of bugs addressed and a big patch out soon.
