Careful with this one... The Jotnar spawn code counts the number of Giantkin units. Unless updated, it will no longer include trolls.

By major issues, I mean quit being lazy and go read fthe changelog for yourself ;)

I forgot about the ancient forests though. That one hasn't been fixed yet, but most other urgent bugs have.

yeah, I read it just after posting that. good stuff, I see the onunitkilled is fixed already. too bad about the elves thingy, I consider it pretty serious. let's hope xienwolf squashes that one as well, cuz if the bugs are gotten rid of, patch C will be a serious contest vs Orbis :p

I believe that's the only place... Not 100%, but fairly sure. :lol:

That looked like the only change that could potentially cause issues, and it just needs an OR thrown in. :goodjob:
 
updated changelog a little more.
My current task list for patch C contains a few minor tweaks, and one nice art-related cookie. Xienwolf is presently working on a few more modular loading fixes, then we should be good to go.
 
Great work on both Fall From Heaven and Fall Further.

We play it with a few people using Direct IP Connection but Fall Further tends to crash more and more as the game progresses. It gives the games out of sync message. Fall From Heaven II doesnt have this issue.

We really like the extra options provided by Fall Further and would like to play them in multiplayer as well. Is this on the agenda for the current or future patches? Ive read the changelogs but I dont see it among the items listed there.

keep up the good work! not only is this a great game but the background story of the world is very good and fun to read, as well as the art work and the quotes. Somnium is a highly enjoyable game all by itself but your game seems to be the only place to find it.

Are there any story books about this world?
 
Actually, I think Kael said he was leaning more towards an anthology of related short stories about Erebus than an actual novel or series of novels.

On my hard drive there is a pdf file containing a 56 page (16 chapters and an epilogue) draft of Ashes of Brigdarrow (a short story dealing with the early adventures of Auric Ulvin) which he had me edit for him, but I'm not allowed to share it with anyone here.
 
On a related to the thread note, does the changelog cites that it corrects the problem with fireballs dying... But does it also fix that problem for summoned units or I think any other non-maintainance units?

yes. I believe it's all the same issue. So the fireball fix also fixes bannor captain followers, summons, and free units.
 
Does that mean bannor captains could still be broken? They give free maintenance to followers. someone reported infinitely escalating supply costs with them too
 
Are the Mercurians straight up broken or is there a specific mechanic before they can start gaining angels? Dozens of Order and Empyrean units have died and I haven't gotten a single one. My ally alone has sacked at least two stacks full of Confessors and Paladins and I haven't seen any angels from it.
