If you are intrested in converting unts PM me there also. If you do we can see about getting you trained in converting Fallout unts. :D

Well, I am interested, but more as a freelancer. But PM you I do.
Anyway. I will try to work on the fallout units I choose, and will try to do my best as to make them compatible with your scenario.
PS: I'll try a sniper or two and a worker and some more.....
We shall see what comes out of it.

Cheers

this unit is the Tribal Melee. It has the Attack, Death, Run, Fortify, Default, Fidget.

Here is the SE GIF of the final size of the Hummer. :) It contains the Run, Death, and Default. The Death still needs it's fireball overlay. All the Vehicles, Except for the tank, will be for exploration and carrying foot units. For example the Hummer will carry 3 foot units. Now i know somebody is going to complain that it is not civ scale. Here is my response. The vehicles are scaled to the foot units, and civ vehicles are TOO FRIGGIN SMALL! So, all of the units in this mod will look like they could have fought each other. As thay will have the same scale.

Will it fit in one square or overlap a few of them?

Yes it will. Even the Mighty Behemoth which is larger than the Hummer fits into one square, with onl the middle legs slightly overlapping the sides. :)

Aw man, looking at these pictures makes me wanna take out my fallout 3 cd and play it all again. Actually the only thing that's stopping me is that my friend has my cd and he lives a prefecture away. Fallout is the best game ever!!

Actually my complaint is that it should carry four units not three :p

Here is the carry capacities of the vehicles.
Buggy: 1 foot unit
Scouter 2 foot units
Hummer 3 foot units
Apc 6 foot units
Tank 1 foot unit, representing the usage of carrying infantry on the engine deck.
Bot flail tank none
Behemoth two Humanoid type of Bots.

So MC you can see the logical progression, and why it will stay at 3. ;) :D

It skips 4 and 5 you know

Gee ya think? ;)
Just look at the carrying capacity difference between a Hummer and APC in real life. I think i have the ratios correct. :p :D

when will this be posted/ completed!?! i cant wait any more!!! also, if you have the software/programs, and the patience to walk me through converting units, ive got plenty of free time. and i can do some pediaicons/civilopedia work, if you can provide me with the nessecary entries, it might take some work off you, lol

also, id love to beta-test for you, if it would help. and will this be for conquests, or PTW?, might be better if it was conquests, as then you could utilize the enslavement feature to create new units, example; the mutants could enslave tribals, raiders, vault-dwellers, etc, to create conscript mutants. i really dont have any exp. with unit animations, etc, but am willing to learn, lol. damn, i just want to help, so this is done, and i can play it!

azazel93, any help you can give is much appreciated, but i must tell you, so far everybody but MC and Stainz who has offered to help has jumped ship without doing much, or anything. I would send them the stuff and then never hear from them again. If you are willing to still help Go here and register, and pm me, then we will go from there.

Hehehe- an armored snow-mobile ??

Sorry dude to bust yer bubble, but in the Fallout universe there is no snow, it is too damn hot! Instead of Nuclear Winter everything was based on the belief of the 50's that it would get really hot, hence the deserts everywhere. :D

Teaser of the tank attached.

Thorgrimm, afaik, nobody has been able to get the AI to use land transports. Would it be possible to flag them instead as exploration or assault vehicles? Anything the humans use and the AI ignores is going to make the game pretty unbalanced.
