We propose a Grand Alliance Against Pirates
If each trading nation contributes 5-10 ships to fight the pirate menace then perhaps we can eliminate them once and for all in a single (1 turn) war. With enough ships we can defeat them at sea and destroy their safe havens. Maybe even their will be EP as plunder!
