I usually don't consider a place without a drive through to be fast food, but I go with Subway from that list.

It was for a while. Oh how I miss those days.

Really? Why'd they get rid of fries supreme? (or fries of any kind?)

When I was trying to order fries supreme at a Taco Bell in the U.S. (it was somewhere in Michigan I think), it took me a half a minute to explain what fries are. She was convinced I was either talking about nachos, or was plain crazy.

I would have voted for Wendy's, but being a Californian, I gotta go for Other (In 'N Out). Chick-fil-A is pretty damn good too. Even more local, The Hat and Tommy's Burgers are two great small chains that everyone should try if they ever drop by SoCal. (Disclaimer: I still consider myself a Northern Californian though I've spent most of my life in SoCal.)

I forgot about The Hat but I'd put them more in the fast casual food category rather then fast food.

Odd. The few subways near me have drive thrus.

What do you think of imposing a tax on fast-food to pay for health care?
No. Man, that's... I remember people JOKING that would be the next step during the big blow up with cigs and the government in the 90s. Now it's bandied about as a serious thing...

I think I've seen 2 subways with drive thus, but they aren't common. I don't think it was actually operational in one anyway. I think they just bought some older fast food restaurant and converted it to a subway rather than building one with the drive thu. I believe I've seen one Moe's with a drive thru too.

I'd be willing to consider a tax on fast food (or unhealthy food in general) only after all agricultural subsidies have been eliminated (which would probably make it cost enough not to need to be taxed more).

I started the playoff threads, but apparently they got deleted. Sorry.

They also have one in Vegas though In 'N Out wants only certain ultra fresh produce from California so they're geographically limited to places with in a few hours drive of L.A..
There are In 'N Outs in Utah bro.

Are you talking about the Wendys versus Mcdonalds? They are not even in the top three vote groups. The pole is obviously broken if 'other' is three times more popular than the choices.

dude, it is called a POLL

They did enter a rematch, but I had some others. BK vs In n Out and Subway vs DQ.

I guess it didn't sell well enough. But your McDonalds lack Chicken Biscuits, so it's not like you've got much to complain about in terms of fast food places depriving you of deliciousness. As for my actual answer...
