That's wierd, I thought I liked Sean Connery, I mean, I knew I liked him... but then I read down that list and none of the movies jumped out at me. I mean, he was great in all them, but I really don't like any of those movies too much. I will have to think about it.

I'm holding out great hope about the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen...

Looked him up on IMDB and now I remember the ones I cherish:

A Good Man in Africa (he delivers the classic line: "It's not non-gonococcal."

Outland (high noon in space, very gripping film).

Its funny, I feel like I've seen him in a trillion films, but he's really only been in a handful in the past five years.

Can't really tell you a favorite movie...but I can tell you my favorite line:

"Give me one ping....one ping only."

I just love that.

Hey, I'm the only one who voted for Rising Sun !!!

closely followed by Red October

The man who would be king. Connery and Micheal Caine are great togheter. A great film with great actors. Enough said.

Finding Forrester-I like it. I like writing. Do the math.

Ha, both of my choices are not on the list:

The Hill
The Wind & The Lion

Even if the latter weren't actually a great film, it would be up there just for the unintentional comedy value of having Connery play a Berber chieftain whilst never once abandoning that dishtinctive Shcots acshent :mischief:

Lol. Yesh, i know what you mean Eklektikosh :)
but ive never heard another Scottish person speak that way...

The Rock would have to be my favourite out of the list, but saying this, ive not seen most of the films, and the ones that i have seen i cant really remember much about them (i watched em when i was really wee)

I wonder, how many of you have seen Zardoz?

This was such a different type of movie for Sean. The movie itself was not the best, but the plot was very interesting - and also very 70s. For some reason, I have never forgotten the quote "The gun is good! The penis is evil." from the movie. Talk about polulation control, ha!

He was so bad in "Last Crusade" I don't even like him any more. He was a cool Bond...but he's not a very versatile actor.

The Man Who Would Be King, followed closely by several others.
