Actually I like Earl grey tea and some tea called Dimlah, which is made from tea leaves from Sri Lanka. I remember when I switched over from just Lipton to Earl Grey, my Aunty said that I have switched to the dark side, because of it.
If we want cold drinks in Europe, we drink cold drinks. Tea is for cold mornings, quiet evenings, to wake up to, to commiserate with someone, to welcome a guest or to avert a nuclear holocaust.
I find a mix of Jasmine and Green to be excellent. Somewhat floral but not too strong. I drink this both hot and cold almost daily.
My real favorite however is this:
San Benedetto Peach Tea. It isn't widely available in the U.S. except at some stores that carry a lot of imports and even there it's expensive so I don't get to drink it much. If you ever see it, I highly recommend it. It's very odd I like this considering I hate most teas with sugar.
I also do find Arnold Palmer very refreshing, but I like it even better served as an icee.
