Whoa!
I'm playing the mod on the TAM Huge map on Marathon with Raging Barbarians ON, Prince difficulty. I'm humming along nicely with 4 cities each with two defenders at least one of them a Javelineer, researching Polytheism and feeling pretty good about myself when i see a barb alert. No biggie. Killed a few of them recently and my troops like the practice.
This time i look and see 3 stacks within 1 hex of each other approaching my farthest flung city -
first stack 15 tribal warriors
second stack 9 tribal warriors
third stack 11 tribal warriors
Two turns later 5 stacks (all tribal warriors) are now in sight of the same city -
first stack - 15
second stack - 20
third stack - 3
fourth stack - 9
fifth stack - 5
sixth stack - 4
Next turn - my city was wiped out by the first stack.
My recommendation - don't set Raging Barbs on the Huge TAM map on Marathon. I can't speak to other setting combos.
